Dr Sepehr Pirouzan

Known to his patients as Dr Sep, Sepehr brings experience in medicine and aesthetics from Harley Street clinics in London, other UK locations and international practice.
In early 2026, he established Highfield Aesthetics on the first floor of Highfield Clinic. His aim was to bring that experience together with advanced skin and laser technology, in a setting where patients have time to feel understood.
He also teaches aesthetic practice as a CPD Accredited Trainer. At Highfield, the same focus on careful assessment, clear explanations and considered technique shapes your care.
