The team applies the eligible consultation fee as a credit when you pay for the subsequent relevant treatment or blood testing.
Cancel within 24 hours or miss the appointment: only the £10 deposit is retained; the remaining £40 is not charged.

What does a wellness consultation cover?
Dr Sep can discuss energy and fatigue, vitamin needs, nutrition and medical weight management. Your symptoms, history and goals guide the assessment.
How does the wellness consultation fee work?
The consultation costs £50 in total. Pay a £10 deposit when booking and the remaining £40 when you attend. If you proceed with a subsequent wellness treatment, the full £50 consultation fee is credited towards it.
Will I need blood tests or vitamin treatment?
Not automatically. Investigations and treatments are recommended only when appropriate to your assessment. Their purpose, costs and any risks are explained before you decide.
What should I bring?
Bring details of your medicines and supplements, relevant medical history and recent test results. This appointment complements ongoing care; Dr Sep may recommend review by your GP or another specialist.
