The callback form is provided by HighLevel. When you submit it, your name, phone number, email address, service interest and permission to be contacted are sent to Highfield’s HighLevel CRM. Reception uses those details to respond to your enquiry. The website itself does not store the submitted form fields.
Please do not include medical history, photographs or other sensitive health information in an initial enquiry. The clinic will explain how to provide information needed for a consultation.
Interactive calculators
The skin timeline, BMI calculator and body-area guide run in your browser. Values entered into these tools are used to calculate the on-screen result and are not submitted to Highfield or stored in a website database. A calculator result is educational and is not added to a patient record.
AlumierMD shopping profile
When you create an AlumierMD shopping profile, the name, mobile number and email address you enter are stored in your browser on that device so your basket and voucher remain available. Those details are included in the prepared order-request email only when you choose to send it to Highfield. They are not submitted to a website database at this stage.
External services
Pages use Google Fonts. The callback form embeds HighLevel and the location section embeds Google Maps. Selected Google review excerpts are hosted on this website, with a link to the full reviews on Google; the review section does not load an external review widget. These services may receive technical information such as your IP address when they load. Google, Instagram, Facebook and the GMC manage information on their own services when you follow a link.
The decorative background film plays silently and respects your device’s reduced-motion setting. Optional Google Ads callback measurement remains off unless you allow it, as explained below.
Optional advertising measurement
Only if you choose “Allow advertising measurement”, we load the Google Ads tag to measure successful callback requests. A request is an enquiry, not confirmation of an appointment, treatment or payment. We do not use this measurement for remarketing or personalised advertising.
We send a generic successful-submission event, technical advertising identifiers where available, and a random identifier to avoid duplicate counting. Google also receives technical connection information, such as your IP address and browser information. We do not send your form entries, name, telephone number, email address, treatment interest, medical details or clinical page address to this tag. Enhanced conversions are not enabled.
Advertising cookies set by this implementation have a configured lifetime of 30 days, subject to browser restrictions. Your allow or reject choice is saved on this device for six months. Rejecting optional measurement does not prevent enquiries or bookings. You can change your choice using in the footer or here. Withdrawing consent stops future measurement and clears the advertising cookies this website controls; it does not undo data already sent to Google.
