Consultation policy
Your booking payment is part of the total consultation fee, not an extra charge.
£10 to book, then £40 at your appointment. The full £50 is credited towards the relevant treatment or blood test if you proceed.
£25 to book, then £50 at your appointment. The full £75 is credited towards a subsequent treatment if you proceed, but not skincare products.
Pay the full £10 when booking. It is credited towards laser hair removal if you proceed.
Dr Richard’s consultation fee is not redeemable against treatment.
Eligible credit is applied to the later treatment or test bill, not refunded as cash. You are never obliged to go ahead with treatment.
If you cancel a £50 consultation within 24 hours or miss it, only the £10 deposit is retained; the remaining £40 is not charged. For a missed or late-cancelled laser consultation, only its £10 fee is retained. Other cancellation terms are confirmed before booking.

Choose Injectables to discuss expression lines or facial balance; Specialist for Dr Richard’s hormone-related, menopause or sexual-health and STI services; Skin Analysis for skin rejuvenation, CO₂ skin resurfacing or skincare advice; and Laser Hair Removal for assessment and a patch test. Wellness covers energy, vitamin needs and weight management. Blood Test consultations help select appropriate investigations.
Injectables and wellness consultations cost £50 each: £10 is due at booking and £40 when you attend. The full £50 is credited against a subsequent relevant treatment if you proceed. Blood test consultations work the same way, with the £50 credited towards subsequent testing. Laser consultation and patch test cost £10 in total, paid at booking and credited towards laser treatment if you proceed. Skin analysis costs £75 in total: £25 is due at booking and £50 at the appointment; the £75 may be credited towards a subsequent treatment, not skincare products. Dr Richard’s £250 specialist consultation is not redeemable.
Bring details of your medicines, relevant medical history, previous treatments and any recent test results that relate to your concern. For skin analysis, details of your skincare products are helpful. Reception will explain any preparation for a laser patch test.
No. Your consultation gives you time to understand the options and decide. An eligible fee becomes a credit only if you go ahead with the relevant treatment or test. A callback request does not reserve an appointment — reception will confirm availability with you.
