Scars differ in depth, texture, age and cause. Atrophic acne scars, raised scars, surgical scars and stretch marks require different approaches; a visual assessment is the first step.
Options may include CO₂ resurfacing or RF microneedling when suitable. Some scars require specialist referral or other treatment. The aim is improvement in appearance or texture, rather than a promise to remove a scar completely.

Can a scar disappear completely?
Complete removal is not a realistic promise. We discuss the degree and type of improvement that may be achievable.
Are raised scars treated with the same approach as acne scars?
No. Raised or keloid scars can behave differently and may require specialist advice before any procedure is considered.
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes. Your medical history, concerns and suitability are assessed before treatment is agreed. We explain the options, risks, recovery and total cost so you can make an informed decision.
