What it is
A hollow or shadow between the lower eyelid and upper cheek.
Why it appears
Bone structure, fat distribution, skin quality, pigmentation and fluid retention can all contribute to under-eye shadowing.
The treatment
In carefully selected patients, filler may add support to a true hollow. Some concerns are better managed without filler.

Our premium hyaluronic-acid filler range

Except for the separately listed economy option, Highfield uses JUVÉDERM®, an established collection of injectable hyaluronic-acid facial fillers. Different products are designed for different treatment goals, so the exact product and volume follow your facial assessment.

Your focused guide
This guide explains the pathway for this option. Your consultation confirms whether the diagnosis, technology and recovery fit you.
We assess proportion, facial movement, tissue support, skin quality and previous filler. The consultation separates what may benefit from volume from concerns better treated another way.
A JUVÉDERM® product and a conservative volume are selected for the agreed area and depth. The final plan reflects anatomy and purpose rather than a fixed number of syringes.
The agreed area is prepared and injected with appropriate comfort measures. Swelling, bruising, tenderness and temporary asymmetry can occur; urgent warning signs and aftercare are explained clearly.
Early swelling is not the final result. The area is reviewed after settling when appropriate, and further treatment is only considered after the response, balance and remaining goal are reassessed.
Your questions, answered
Yes. Tear trough is only planned after the clinician has assessed your concern, medical history, suitability, alternatives and realistic aims.
That depends on the product or technology, the area, your response and the agreed goal. Your clinician explains the likely course and full cost before you decide.
Recovery varies by treatment and individual response. You will receive specific preparation, aftercare, expected reactions and a clear route for urgent or non-urgent concerns.
