A routine with a reason.
A practical skincare plan based on your skin, lifestyle and response.
Understanding your treatment
An effective routine begins with understanding the concern and the products you already use. Skin analysis can support the consultation, alongside medical history and examination.
We may recommend cosmetic or prescription products where appropriate. The term “medical-grade” alone is not a guarantee of effectiveness; the ingredient, formulation, indication and how you use it matter.
Product-specific irritation, dryness or allergy.
A guide to your consultation. Timing, recovery and suitability depend on your medical history and the exact procedure.
Treatment goals
Your consultation considers which aims are realistic for you and whether this treatment is suitable.
AlumierMD
Discuss an AlumierMD routine with our team. We review your current products, skin concerns and treatment plan before recommending suitable products.
Your discussion can cover cleansing, targeted care, moisturising and sun protection, with clear advice on how to introduce the agreed routine.
